A Message From Your Park Manager

Office Incident — October 31, 2026

Management is aware of an incident involving the Badin Shores Resort Office on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The staff member assigned to Saturday office coverage experienced a family emergency, and the lobby door was left unsecured during that time.

We want to assure all community members that no personal information or records were at risk of unauthorized access. All personal information and records remained secured under lock and key. Saturday office personnel do not have access to these records.

Management has taken appropriate corrective measures to help prevent a similar incident in the future. Protecting community members’ information and maintaining a secure office remain priorities.

Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get this resolved promptly.
