You can make your HOA payments one of the following ways:

1) Pay online: Click here to access RentCafe payment portal. Pay using ACH payment, Debit card, or Credit card (fees apply)

• Click here for step-by-step instructions to access your “RentCafe” account.
• The “RentCafe” account is set-up to use the same email you have on file in the BSR office.
• Note: You will create a separate account for the “RentCafe” payment system, it is not part of the BSR website.
• 8/28/20 – This is the best payment option and payments will show up on the “RentCafe” system quicker.

2) Mail to:  Include your quarterly statement and/or list your Badin Shores Resort lot number on the check (no fees if you mail a check)

3) BSR Office: You can now bring your HOA dues payment into the BSR office, or drop off in the drop box (outside the front door of office) after office hours.  This can  be paid by check, money order, or credit/debit card.   Cards will incur at 3.5% fee.
