Golf Cart Inspections will start January 2nd. You must show us the current insurance and pay the sticker fee to receive a 2025 sticker.  ALL stickers must be displayed on the golf cart’s windshield or on the front of the cart/ATV/UTV.

Information and Reminders

1. 4^th quarter dues are due by 12/31/24.
2. Our mailing address is PO Box 219 Richfield, NC 28137 NOT New London.
3. Letters of Intent to run for the Board are due by 12/31/24 at 11:59pm.

5. Rental Property agreements must be on file with the office.
6. Suggestions, concerns, complaints, and praises can be emailed to office@badinshores.org or brought into the office.  We don’t always see Facebook posts.
7. Packages in the guardhouse need to be picked up as soon as possible.
8. Please plan on joining us for the BOD Meeting on 12/14/24 at 9am in the clubhouse.  We will be discussing some important water system information
