I have exciting news. We have completed the election ballots with the help of volunteers on the election committee. The election committee is mailing those ballots out as we speak, this year, we have included a self stamped envelope. Please take your time and pick your three board members and mail your votes back to us.

The reason we have sent you a self stamped envelope is to see what type of participation we will have in this election. The Board of Directors is working diligently to complete the Badin Shores Resort Owners Association, Inc. declaration of covenants and bylaws, and once those are completed, we will need to have a vote. We must have 67% participation for the decoration of covenants and bylaws in order for them to move forward.

So, Please,  vote and return with your prepaid envelope.

Our BSR community has a crucial need for volunteers in various areas. The more homeowners we have involved, the better communication and positive relations will exist. BSR is always looking for volunteers to help on the committees such as Amenities, Beautification, Boardwalk, Building Rules, Election, Events, Finance, Golf Cart Inspections, Hearing, Lot Inspection, Water & Sewer, and Welcome Committee.                           Good Morning to all Homeowners, BSR Maintenance has been working hard to combat the water loss in the resort. Maintenance has found a lot of water leaks that are on the homeowner’s side, please check your home to ensure your home is not losing water. BSR water use was over 5 million gallons last month, please help BSR as we try to lower our water loss.

                          Halloween Carnival is October 22, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM there will be carnival games, a Bounce House, Craft Fair, a Halloween costume contest, and a Halloween Golf Cart parade. Come out and enjoy this event.  Homeowners who will be giving out candy Saturday, October 22, 2022, throughout the resort, so turn your light on to let the trick-or-treaters know you are handing out candy at your home.
