Special Meeting July 31st @10am – BSR Water System

Hello Badin Shores Resort Homeowners,

As most of you are aware BSR is working with the USDA to replace the water system in the resort.

BSR has partnered with Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (SERCAP). This is a non-profit organization that will be assisting BSR in applying for grant money through USDA for our waterline replacement in the resort.

BSR needs each and every homeowner’s participation to move through the steps required by USDA to get funding and possible grant money to help pay for the project.

BSR, SERCAP, and Fleming Engineering Inc. will be holding a special meeting on Saturday, July 31, 2021, @ 10AM at the Clubhouse here at Badin Shores Resort at 135 Dove Street, New London, North Carolina, 28127.

****It is extremely important that all homeowners attend.****

To all the homeowners that have sent e-mails to me and our staff, and to those that have stopped by the office to tell us how great the resort looks. I just want to say thank you all for your kind words about the overall looks of the resort.

The resort is looking better each and every year and I Definitely appreciate all the Board Members Employees and Volunteers for all they do for the resort. We are very thankful and grateful for the hard work in making our community look so good.

Golf Cart / UTV – Reminders

Reminder; If you own a golf cart / UTV you must have your 3-inch lot number on both sides of the golf cart / UTV, and Inspection sticker from BSR, and insurance.

Please ensure your guest Know the parking rules to prevent violations. Please be safe when operating a motor vehicle in the resort, Children are at play.

2021 Pool Season Opens Friday May 21st

Hello Homeowners,

Good news, the pool opens this Friday, May 21, 2021, at 10:00 AM!
Closing daily at 11:00 PM open 7-days a week until cold weather or Oct. 31, 2021.

Thanks to some really awesome volunteers, BSR will be distributing pool bands starting 9:00 AM Friday, May 21, 2021. Please bring your old pool bands and pick up your new ones.

Note: Homeowner only can sign for pool bands unless arrangements have been made otherwise through the office.
