BSR Homeowners Water Loss & Halloween

BSR Homeowners,

                          Good Morning to all Homeowners, BSR Maintenance has been working hard to combat the water loss in the resort. Maintenance has found a lot of water leaks that are on the homeowner’s side, please check your home to ensure your home is not losing water. BSR water use was over 5 million gallons last month, please help BSR as we try to lower our water loss.
                          Halloween Carnival is October 22, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM there will be carnival games, a Bounce House, Craft Fair, a Halloween costume contest, and a Halloween Golf Cart parade. Come out and enjoy this event.  Homeowners who will be giving out candy Saturday, October 22, 2022, throughout the resort, so turn your light on to let the trick-or-treaters know you are handing out candy at your home.

Address and your Lot Number

BSR Homeowners,

                              I am sending out this email to remind everyone you must have your 911 address and your Lot Number posted on the front of your property facing the street. Lot inspections are being performed and there are a lot of homes with no address or lot numbers.
Golf cart / un-tagged UTV must have a current inspection sticker displayed on the unit and Lot numbers. Please make sure you are in compliance with the HOA rules.

A. Address Identification
1. Homeowners are required to post a sign that displays both the Montgomery County 911 address and the
BSR lot number. The sign must be clearly visible from the street. The 911 address should be displayed
above and the BSR lot number below.

 

If you have not done so, please make sure you have the 911 addresses and lot numbers posted on the front of your property.

BSR HOA needs Volunteers for 2022

As you are aware we are a nonprofit HOA and we depend on our volunteers. We have so many committees that each and everyone can get involved in, that will help the HOA move forward.

BSR Needs volunteers as we move forward to the 2022 season in such things as: Water-Sewer, Boardwalk, Building Rules, Golf Cart, Finance, Long-Term Planning, Amenities, Beautification, Events, Hearing, Welcome and so much more.

We have had many new homeowners purchase property in the resort and we would like to get those homeowners involved in the HOA.

Please consider volunteering your time in one of these wonderful committees that will help BSR in the 2022 season.

This is our community this is our family and we can accomplish so much more if we all participate in the resort. Each and everyone has a special way to help and BSR would love to have your involvement.

Please come by the BSR office, sign up, and become a part of our family community of volunteers.
