Board Member Opening – Call for Applications
The Badin Shores Resort Board of Directors is currently seeking applications for an open Board Member position. Homeowners interested in serving the community are encouraged to apply.
Application Deadline: June 11, 2025
Term: Remainder of the current board term (details will be discussed during selection). To be eligible, applicants must:

Be a deeded homeowner in good standing

Be available to attend regular board meetings

Support the BSR Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations

Be committed to representing the best interests of the community
Selection Process:
All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Selected applicants may be invited for an interview or to provide additional information prior to appointment. The Board will vote to fill the position at a regular or special meeting following the application deadline.
