Address and your Lot Number

BSR Homeowners,

                              I am sending out this email to remind everyone you must have your 911 address and your Lot Number posted on the front of your property facing the street. Lot inspections are being performed and there are a lot of homes with no address or lot numbers.
Golf cart / un-tagged UTV must have a current inspection sticker displayed on the unit and Lot numbers. Please make sure you are in compliance with the HOA rules.

A. Address Identification
1. Homeowners are required to post a sign that displays both the Montgomery County 911 address and the
BSR lot number. The sign must be clearly visible from the street. The 911 address should be displayed
above and the BSR lot number below.

 

If you have not done so, please make sure you have the 911 addresses and lot numbers posted on the front of your property.
