Top of the day to BSR Homeowners,
BSR is working to make BSR better each and every day. One of the ways we are doing that is by fixing up our current buildings. The Finance Committee and the Board of Directors, in 2022 approved some much needed repairs in the resort and that list was mailed out to the homeowners. On that list was; Clubhouse-Air conditioner, bathrooms remodeled, walls, floor and ceiling tile. Bathhouse – Walls, Floor, Ceiling tiles and hot water heaters. Exercise Building- Exterior Finish and Window & Doors. Guardhouse-Expansion, Maintenance Building – Roof, Exterior Finish and Windows & Doors, 2-new zero turn mowers, 1-mule. New Playground equipment, New Floating Fishing pier, pool repair. BSR is working to get these repairs made as we speak.
HOA’s need homeowner involvement and Badin Shores is no exception. You can help your HOA in so many ways. Please think about volunteering today. BSR has so many committees, just choose one and get involved today. Simply stop by the office, email or call to tell us how you wish to help.
Special Thank you to the Election Committee who has worked so hard to get the 2023 ballots out in a timely manner. However, you as a homeowner must take the time to read over the list of homeowners who are running for the board and vote. Make your vote count by mailing your vote back to BSR in the prepaid envelope we have provided.
