Good morning,
The purpose of my message is to, hopefully, provide some clarity around procedural and process questions that have been asked over the past couple of days.
1. BOD Meeting minutes are posted on our website, www.Badinshores.org, under Owner Links. This is the requirement under our Bylaws and consistent with statutes as well.
2. The Facebook Live videos are done at each meeting of the BOD to add transparency and clarity for homeowners and property owners that may not be able to attend these Meetings; AND, as another resource to communicate with you/everyone. The Live recordings are not required under any statute or under BSR Bylaws and Covenents.
Additionally, BSR is the only HOA with which I have been previously associated that provides this additional layer of transparency via video stream. So again, the BOD’s goal is to provide as much transparency to our HOA Members as possible. We do not “hide” info from you, we represent and work for you!
3. The original Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants are still located on our website under Association Docements, with the Draft documents found on the Home Page.
4. Any homeowner/property owner may sign up to speak during the BOD Meeting Town Hall, which is held immediately following the BOD business portion, and Town Hall speakers’ topics/concerns are included in the BOD Meeting Minutes each month, as well as being part of the live-stream.
5. The BOD is currently working on the February Meeting, so more to come on this.
All BOD’s, Park Manager’s and Office contact information is also found on our website under the Contact Us tab.
I trust you will find the above helpful! You may reach out to me anytime via PM, phone or email.
Thank you,
Ken

BSR Homeowners are awesome!

Corporate Volunteer Grant Programs: Learn the BasicsBSR Homeowner,
I wanted to just say thank you so much for your phone calls, in-person visits and your emails, I have had so far. Volunteering is the best way to help your non-profit HOA and joining a committee is a good place to start. Some of the homeowners, I have talked with, have some really good ideals and I think the sky’s the limit and teamwork is the key and BSR has that without question. If you are still on the fence of whether or not you wish to join a committee please, just let me know. Stop by the office, email or call. I can tell you what we have and what may peak your interest. If you have any questions please let me know. BSR Homeowners are awesome.

Thank you and all you do for Badin Shores Resort,

Jimmy Wells
